Velammal’s Twin 76

As a part of Children’s Day Celebration on 14th November 2014, Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School, T.S. Krishna Nagar, Mogappair Chennai, had a variety of special programmes. One mega event was TWINS 76, a unique programme with 52 identical, unidentical and mixed twins from classes L.K.G to Std XII.There was special competitions on well dressed twins, Most identical and most popular twins. 

The grand special celebrations were graced by Bombay Sisters, the musical duo Kalaimamani Smt. Saroja and Kalaimamani Smt Lalitha. Special Attractions of the celebrations were 76 alluring and intriguing twins and the felicitation of 145 young artists for championing the cause “Save Environment” through wall painting. There was a delightful cultural entertainment in the form of magic shows, fulfilled games, fascinating contests and a special performance by Musical Twins Selvi Archana and Selvi Aarathi.
