Safety And Security Campaign At Padi Temple

Korattur Police is always taking effective precautionary measures to prevent any untoward incidents and ensuring safety of residents. Keeping in mind public safety, Mr.B.S.Venkatesh Kumar, Inspector of Police, (Law and Order) T3.Korattur Police Station distributed safety and security pamphlets on 19th April 2013 to devotees visiting the Thiruvalleeswarar Temple located at Padi. 

The Korattur Police Inspector also went around the temple premises and interacted with the public. He pasted important awareness tips at the entrance of the temple which alerts the devotees to be cautious of suspicious vehicles; Baggage’s and people moving near the temple premises.

 Police station contact numbers are also mentioned in the pamphlet. The main purpose of distributing pamphlets is aimed to spread awareness among the general public with regard to security.
