Ambattur To Get An Air Quality Checking Station


Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board plans to set up an air quality monitoring station at Ambattur. 
The monitoring station will record levels of ozone violate organic compounds, benzene, toluene and xylem. 
 Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board has continuous monitoring stations at Alandur, Manali and Adyar. 
 Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board is the governing body to monitor and control air, noise, and water pollution in the state of Tamil Nadu.
  The objective of TNPCB is to control, prevent and abate pollution of streams, wells, land and atmosphere in the State to protect the environment from any degradation by effective monitoring and implementation of pollution control legislations.
