Driving and walking along 100 Feet Road at Shanthi Colony
signal has become a risky business. There is a damaged manhole lying without
attention for a long time just in front of Kendriya Vidyalaya school entrance
at Thirumangalam.
As a temporary measure a barricade has placed over the
damaged manhole cover mainly to caution the road users. But the area residents
want a safe and permanent solution for the problem which has been going o for
the past few weeks.
Many school children and motorists pass the spot and better
attention with regards to safety needs to be taken up seriously by the authorities
concerned.
