Chennai Corporation Small parks located around Anna Nagar,
Mogappair and Villivakkam are set for a facelift. Chennai Corporation has
started renovating and improving a number of small parks and road side gardens
which are maintained under its Wards and Divisions respectively.
One such
Chennai Corporation small park at East Main Road, Anna Nagar Western Extension
which is getting renovated is the Pancharathna Colony Park located surrounding
Santham Colony and Welcome Colony. The improvement work consists of
construction a new compound wall, building a walker’s path, renovating the play
equipment and improving the facilities for the benefit of the park users.
