Independence emphasising the value of freedom with theme based activities to
kindle the patriotic feeling amongst its employees.
'Theme based dressing' and
‘Craft a Kite with colors of freedom' mark the joy of Independence Day
celebrations. Enthusiastic employees formed teams and came out with innovative
ideas showcasing what freedom means to them. At the work stations, the spirit
of freedom overflowed as kites were being designed, part of the ‘Craft a kite’
competition.
The other event that was designed to bring out excitement amongst
teams was the ‘Theme dressing’ competition. The event brought out the multiple
array of dressing combinations and huge variation of colours.
