The Padi signal junction was earlier one of the most congested traffic junctions in Chennai. The Padi flyover once constructed eased the congestion to the maximum. But the area below the Padi flyover is not kept clean and tidy.
It is covered with wild bushes and waste materials. The area below the flyover can be converted into a road side garden instead of lying unutilized.
