Chennai Nadakavedi celebrated World Drama Day on 24th March 2012. The function was inaugurated by Dr.AV.Anoop, (MD,AVA Cholayil Health Care Pvt Ltd). The chief guest for the occasion was Kalaimamani Delhi Ganesh, Cine actor. TR.Omana and VP.Ramachandran, were the guest of honour. Dr.KJ.Ajaya Kumar gave a special speech on Loka Nadakam Innale Innu. Santhosh Perambra welcomed the gathering. T.Chandran, (Patron, Chennai Nadakavedi) presided over the function.
V.Parameshwarn Nair, KPA.Latheef, Indhu Kaladharan, Hi-Tech Manoharan and PN.Sreekumar were felicitated during the function. Two dramas namely Pullu by Jayaprakash Kuloor, Direction Shornur Ravi, and Oru Gramathinte Kadha by KKR.Vengara, Direction by Ganesh Payyannur was staged with a good performance from the cast.
