A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is designed to train and develop the faculty so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young students. A faculty development programme on the topic Quality of Life was conducted at the Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, AC-48, 6th Main Road, Anna Nagar.The resource person was Vijayalakshmi Seshan. The College Principal, Dr.KP.Malathi Shiri was present on the occasion. Faculty Development Programme (FDP) aims at equipping faculty with skills and knowledge that are essential for guiding and monitoring students.
