TamilNadu Arts and Crafts Improvement Association, Padappai (Recognised by National Lalitkala Akademi, New Delhi organised the 36th Annual Art Exhibition of drawings, paintings and sculptures at Lalitkala Akademi, No-170, Greams Road from 10th to 16th October 2011.
Shri PA.Mani, IFS, Commissioner, Art and Culture Department, Tamil Nadu Government inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of Shri K.Anilkumar Reddy, President Federation of Corrugated Box Manufactures of India and Shri Rtn Palaniyappan, Regional Secretary, Lalitkala Akademi. A.Viswam were present on the occasion. Shri.BR.Annapillai, Artist and Founder President of TACIA and Paddappai Artist Village presided over the function. Kumaran Silks awards were presented to S.Arunagiri, APM.Cheran, SP.Koteesvaran, B.Kumar, S.Punitha, B.Seran, G.Suvedha, S.Shanthi, G.Saisampath, C.Thara Ganesan, V.Vinothkumar and to many more participating artists.
