During the summer plants need to be watered every day. This will encourage them to grow well. The photograph shows the Chennai Corporation water tanker watering the plants on the median along Second Avenue Road, near 13th Main Road in Anna Nagar area.
Hot sunny weather means lots of watering for trees and plants, it becomes a important priority. Extra care is taken by the Chennai Corporation in order to keep the plants in the center medians and road side parks alive during the summer and especially during a heat wave.
