Sri Krishna Sweets jointly with Sight Care Foundation a NGO working towards eliminating needless blindness due to Refractive Errors conducted free eye camp at ICDS Centre, Taramani Bus Terminus on 17th May 2018.Sight Care Foundation has a mission of providing Refractive Error solution of two million people by 2025. Sri Krishna Sweets to achieve the mission of NGO have tied up with the institution and had started conducting non invasive eye camps in various places.Sight Care Foundation have advanced refraction camp equipments including Auto refractometer, Trial box, JCC and colour vision charts. Sri Krishna Sweets jointly with Sight Care Foundation dispensed 23 reading glasses free of cost at the camp site.A total of 89 people were screened and 18 people were referred for Cataract Surgery. 23 people were diagnosed for refractive errors.About 36 people were found normal.
