The Institute for Financial Management & Research (IFMR) held its convocation for the year 2016 in its Sri City campus. Chief Economic Advisor to Ministry of Finance, Arvind Subramanian, was the chief guest.The event started with the lighting of lamp by Arvind Subramanian, IFMR board of governors chairman N Vaghul, president C V Krishnan and director P K Biswas. Delivering the convocation address Arvind Subramanian, congratulated all the graduating students. The institute’s report by P K Biswas, who highlighted the events and activities by the students and also various achievements by the institute which includes another year of 100 per cent placements with increase in the average salary and the award from ASSOCHAM for being the best business school.
