Median rebuilt along 2nd Avenue

Chennai Metro Rail authorities are conducting several soil testing checks along Anna Nagar Second Avenue. Parts of the centre median were broken to facilitate the work for the underground metro tunnel work.

As soon as the work gets completed, the broken centre median is rebuilt. Traffic movement is regulated with the presence of a centre median. But the median gap at Blue Star junction needs regulation. At an time of the day, vehicles are criss-crossing in a risky manner.
