Interesting Science Expo at Valliammal College

IQAC and the Department of Life Sciences of Valliammal College for Women, Anna Nagar conducted a one day State Level Science Exhibition titled Impact of Environment – Science Expo 2014 on the 6th of December 2014. Dr. G.Sekaran, Chief Scientist and Cluster Chairman, Environmental Technology Division, Central Leather Research Institute, Adyar, Chennai, inaugurated the day’s events

The function was presided by the patrons of the college Honourable Chairman Thiru. A. P. Maikandan, Thiru Dr. S. Valavan and the Principal of the college Dr. T. V. S. Padmaja. Dr. Namasivayam Vasudevan, Director, Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University presided over the valedictory function and gave away the prizes to the winners of the school and college students who excelled in various competitions.
