Restriction of vehicle movement at E and F Blocks

These days there are lots of heavy vehicle movements in residential streets in Anna Nagar East, especially at E and F Block streets. Due to diversions to facilitate the ongoing metro train underground station construction work many motorists are going through residential streets from Anna Nagar 3rd Avenue to reach Chintamani and Kilpauk Garden Road. 

Moreover the speedy movement of large buses in narrow streets surrounded by educational institutions in Anna Nagar E Block is a safety hazard. Bus and truck movement along narrow residential roads poses a hindrance. Crisscrossing by two wheelers adds to the problem. It’s common to witness MTC buses plying through E-Block and F-Block streets at any time of the day. Better and effective regulation by Traffic policeman and metro rail workers will help the vehicle riders and pedestrians.
