Latest medical technology provides better health care

TANSECA commemorated the World Elders Day at a function recently held for the purpose at the Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Anna Nagar, Chennai. Dr. (Major) D. Raja, Former Vice Chancellor of Dr. MGR Medical University who was the Chief Guest, delivered an interesting talk on the subject of Welfare of Senior Citizens.

Mr. V. Veerabadran, President, TANSECA welcomed the gathering and Mr. K. Aludiapillai, Patron and Past President, introduced Dr. Raja, highlighting his achievements and distinctions as a man of medicine and a capable hospital administrator. Dr. Raj Kanna, Othopeadic Surgeon made a power point presentation about computer aided knee surgery. He said that the computer technology employed for performing knee surgery was highly advanced with the utmost accuracy. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the General Secretary, Mr. D. Rajasekaran.
