Free eye camp gets a good response

Shree Anna Nagar Jain Navyuvak Mandal had been rendering good service to the society. Shree Anna Nagar Jain Navyuvak Mandal in association with Mahavir International had conducted a free eye camp in memory of Shri M.Sohanlalji Patwa on 14th September at Guild of Service, No-1775D, School Road, (next to Thirumangalam Police Station), Anna Nagar Western Extension,Chennai-101. A large number of people were benefited by the camp which was mainly sponsored by family members of Sohanlal Bhansali Patwa. 

During the camp 110 free glasses were distributed and 25 persons were guided for undergoing operation, said Mr.Prakash Chand Jain, Secretary.  Various eye tests were conducted by Udhi Eye Hospital, Alwarpet to detect vision deficiencies, cataract and other eye related diseases. Besides conducting the tests, medicines and treatment were given to the needy patients. The free medical camp was very useful for the poor people to get their eye problems cured. The eye camp got a good response from the public and was successful.
