Cooking tasty dishes

Mrs.V.S.Banumathi Rajan, residing at Victory Colony, Anna Nagar East took part in a Cookery Show titled-Uppu,Puli,Milagai. The show was conducted by Vendhar TV at Shan Royal Star Hotel, Chennai.The Chef of Shan Royal taught her how to prepare 2 dishes namely, Malbova and vegetable kara boli. The show will be telecasted in the month of October 2014.Malbova is a Bangalore based sweet made out of Maida, which will be dipped in a sugar syrup and served.

Vegetable kara Boli is made as a stuffed boli, Masalas and Vegetables are fried and made as pooranam.This will be stuffed inside the top layer made out of maida and made as boli .The way the chef briefed was nice.
