Police give valuable safety tips

An awareness programme followed by a power point presentation was conducted at St. Luke’s Church Hall, Anna Nagar, on Crimes against Senior Citizens by Chennai City Police as instructed by Chennai City Police Commissioner Mr.S.George I.P.S. The programme was conducted mainly to spread the safety awareness message to senior citizens.

Valuable tips were given to the senior citizens. The meeting was organized by Mr.Menezez (Retd., IAS Officer) and Dr.Parimala Menezez and chaired by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr.B.Nandakumar, Anna Nagar Range, Mr.Surendran, Inspector o f Police K4, Anna Nagar Police Station (Law and Order) and Mr.P.Jawahar, Inspector of Police (Law and Order) V7 Nolambur Police station and facilitated by PTA academy faculty and social activist V.Raghunathan. The participants were highly appreciative of the initiative taken by the Anna Nagar District Police.
