Temporary barricades have been placed by Anna Nagar K4 Traffic policemen along the center portion of 3rd Avenue to prevent vehicle parking. To facilitate the diversion channel work, the center of 3rd Avenue was dug up. Now after the work got shifted towards Shanthi colony, the stretch between round tana and 6th Avenue will be getting back a new road divider. Also the damaged parts of the road will be repaired and blacktopped. To prevent vehicles for parking in the open space at the road center, barricades have been placed by the Traffic police officials. The barricade arrangement is also made to regulate vehicle traffic movement on both directions along 3rd Avenue between Anna Arch signal junction and New Avadi Road intersection.
