No sign and shelter to indicate bus stop at Thirumangalam

There is no proper shelter or sign board to indicate the bus stop along 100 Feet Road, Thirumangalam. People travelling towards Koyambedu, Vadapalani and Guindy face inconvenience due to the lack of a bus shelter. Even the road surface near the bus stop is battered and uneven. New modern Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus shelters have been erected at bus stops in various parts of Chennai city.

But at Thirumangalam along 100 Feet Road there is no proper bus shelter. Commuters, especially women and elders are put to great hardship while waiting for a Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) buses. Due to the lack of bus shelters passengers have no protection from the scorching sun or pouring rain. Let the concerned authorities take measures to install shelters at the earliest.
