A huge road side tree along East Main Road, Anna Nagar Western Extension came crashing down on Saturday evening, 17th May 2014 damaging a parked mini bus. Thirumangalam Police visited and inspected the spot of the mishap. The area surrounding the incident was placed with barricades. The fallen tree branches was cut down and removed by midnight.
