Grand Vishu Celebration 2014

The Federation of All India Marunadan Malayalee Associations (FIMA) Tami Nadu Region had organized a grand Vishukaineettam 2014 (Vishu Celebrations) on Sunday 6th April 2014 at Asan Memorial School Auditorium, Anderson Road, Chennai.

The chief guest for Vishukaineettam 2014 was Dr.P.V.Krishnan Nair (Secretary of Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy). The function was inaugurated by Shri M.P.Purushothaman, President, FIMA and President of Honour, CTMA). Shri K.V.V.Mohanan, (President, FIMA,Tamil Nadu Region presided over the Vishu celebrations. 

Shri.Amaravathy Radhakrishnan, Chairman, Celebration Committee and Shri K.Rajagopalan, Vice President,FIMA, spoke on the occasion. A musical performance by R.S.Vishal and K.R.Arjun, Childrens Orchestra was excellent. During the function Padmashree sukumari memorial award was presented to Smt.KPAC Lalitha. The cultural dance programme was enjoyed by everyone and well appreciated by the audience.
