Awarded for good welfare activities

A.J.Hariharan, Founder and Secretary of Indian Community Welfare Organisation-(I.C.W.O) was awarded for his work in the field of good welfare and development activities. A.J.Hariharan received award from Dr.Vijayaraman, Deputy Director, TAI-VHS. The award was presented by TAI-VHS Tamil Nadu AIDS Initiative, Voluntary Health Services in the presence of Dr.Joseph D.Williams, Project Director, Chartered VHS.

Speaking on the occasion A.J.Hariharan said that the welfare and development of transgenders have come long way in improving their quality of life in Tamil Nadu.
