Traffic regulation at residential roads

One-way stretches in Anna Nagar West and East continues to be violated by motorists. This causes inconvenience to the other vehicle riders, pedestrians and area residents. There is unregulated traffic movement at the junction of 15th Main Road and 13th Main Road . 

Vehicles are also found criss-crossing in a dangerous manner at the intersection of 12th Main Road and Shanthi Colony 4th Avenue stretch. Better traffic regulation is needed in especially along 13th Main Road and 15th Main Road The need for a solution to streamline traffic along residential stretches in Anna Nagar area needs better attention by the Traffic police officials. More over the volume of traffic movement is very high along 13th Main Road during peak hours. It is a risky experience for pedestrians to cross the road at Thirumangalam corner and Second Avenue.
