Pedestrian Foot Over Bridge

There is activity going on at the junction of School Road and 100 Feet Road in Anna Nagar West with workers engaged in installing a new pedestrian foot over-bridge for safe crossing. The new foot over-bridge will give Anna Nagar residents easy access across 100 Feet Road.

The foot over-bridge is a much-awaited facility and also a long pending demand of Anna Nagar residents. The facility will connect entry and exit points from School Road to 6th Avenue. Besides, the over bridge would be one of the longest, elevated pedestrian bridge in the city. 

In the past few years ta number of pedestrian footbridges has come up on various Chennai city roads. Residents look forward towards a speedy completion of the pedestrian bridge.
