Chennai Corporation Zone 7 authorities are giving importance for improving residential streets in Anna Nagar Western Extension. Footpaths are also getting renovated by the Chennai Corporation.
The uneven road surface at D-Sector, 9th Street will be soon blacktopped. At present the road stretch is lying in a battered condition. Motorists and pedestrians find it inconvenient to use the road. The entrance from Park Road towards 9th Street also needs attention because it is an important residential stretch.
