The Vivekananda Ratha, organized as part of Swami Vivekananda’s 150th Birth Anniversary, has inspired many people in various parts of Tamil Nadu. It recently arrived at Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.
The NSS unit of Valliammal College welcomed Vivekananda Ratha on 1st January 2014, in the college Thiripurasundari, NSS programme officer, Valliammal College stated that students of took pledge in front of Swami Vivekananda’s Ratha Yatra as part of the 150th birth anniversary celebrations.campus. Nearly 200 volunteers participated in the function.
