Greater Chennai District Exnora organised a special training programme on soft skills for the school students. M. Sivakumar CEO of SIVAS Metamorphic Centre explained that the objective of the programme was to stress the importance of Soft-skill while one has to secure a better career. The instruction given in the programme was aimed to train a student on how to face defeat and take like in positive way.
The training included concepts on self thinking. R. Govindaraj, Joint General Secretary, Exnora International and Dr. Mrs. G.Vasundara, Program officer, NSS coordinated the training programme for the NSS students. At the end of the programme, the students were able to overcome their weakness and set goals to achieve success.
