The exhibition titled Chitra Gitanjali is an event organised by Velammal Knowledge Park to commemorate the 100th year of Rabindranath Tagore Noble Prize winning poetry called Gitanjali. The visual interpretations of Gitanjali are brought out in a very creative, innovative, colourful and refreshing manner.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Shri Alphonse, Retd Principal of Government College of Fine Arts. During the function Shri Rm.Palaniappan, Secretary of Lalit Kala Akademy released a catalogue on Chitra Gitanjali
