The incomplete granite footpath work in front of Jawahar Colony, 4th Avenue, Shanthi Colony makes walking risky for pedestrians.
The granite slabs and open manholes are posing a hindrance to road users. Pedestrians face great risk while walking along Shanthi Colony corner near 12th Main Road. The open dug up spots poses a hindrance to easy pedestrian movement.
The footpath was dug up for placing granite slabs and it has not been completed properly. When it rains the entire stretch becomes waterlogged, muddy and slushy. Necessary steps are required to be taken by the authorities concerned to close the open manholes along the pavement.
