A Marine Bio Diversity Awareness Mela

Tree Foundation and the Institute of Ocean Management, Anna University supported by The US Consulate General, Chennai are conducting the 7th Annual Marine Biodiversity Awareness Mela- FLIPPER FEST 2013 on November 7th and 8th 2013 at Vivekananda Auditorium, Anna University Campus.Flipper Fest 2013 is a fun filled event of “Learning through Doing”.

Over the last 6 years, it has been the platform for almost 20,000+ students and general public to participate, learn and build awareness on marine biodiversity, through various competitions. This year there are going to be a host of competitions for Schools – Quiz, Poster Painting, Essay Writing, Eco-Drama, Model Making and Paper Presentation and for Colleges- Street Play and Face Painting. Certificates for all participants and attractive, educative prizes shall be given to winners.
