Cultural programme marks Navarathri Celebration

Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya School, Anna Nagar celebrated Navarathri in a grand and colourful manner.

A Kolu was put up and adorned with dolls of various types and sizes. Pooja was performed on all days in the evening in a traditional manner. 

On 11th of October, a Dandiya and Garba dance was performed by the middle and high school students. Competitions were also organized focusing on the specialty of the season and its cultural value. On all the 9 days the school campus wore a festive look.
