In order to create better awareness regarding traffic rules and alertness on crime prevention, Anna Nagar Police is utilizing the Mobile Police Station to screen safety awareness films and messages at busy public places.Recently police officials screened crime prevention films at the entrance of Bougainvilla Park, Anna Nagar East.
The video depicts real life situations faced by the public and the action taken by the policemen. Safety tips and important police assistance contact numbers are also displayed on the screen.
The latest initiative by the Chennai City Police to screen safety awareness short films at Parks in Anna Nagar area is an effective medium and it is also getting a good response from the public. Chennai City Police have re-launched a new and improved mobile police station attached to Anna Nagar Police Range.
