Tree Bank Enviro Team conducted tree plantation programme on 24.07.2013, at Computer Communication Centre Chennai & Police Head Quarters. On the occasion 200 fruit plants were distributed to the public.
Shadow trees were also planted. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. M.C.Sarangan - I.P.S & Mr. Anbu chezhian.
G. Mullaivanam, Tree bank Founder joined along with Police officers, Tree bank volunteers, Alpha Arts & Science College students to plant tree saplings and make the city greener.
ree Bank Team had also distributed about 50 free saplings to JRD TATA SCOUT GROUP, PRIYADHARSHINI GUIDE GROUP (Perambur District Southern Railway-State Bharat Scouts & Guides) and conducted tree plantation programme at railway colony & quarters in Ayanavaram on 20.07.2013 with officers, scout students and tree bank Enviro team.
