Stray Cattle Blocks Traffic Movement Near Koyambedu Market

Road mishaps caused by cattle which are often found straying on roads are common in many parts of city. One such place is Koyambedu Market link road just opposite CMBT terminus. Herds of cows

often stand in the middle of the road making it difficult for pedestrian and vehicle traffic movement. Cattle menace at Koyambedu has become a serious traffic hazard. At many places along Kaliamman Koil Street, Koyambedu cattle are found sitting right in middle of the road.

Cattle movement on roads is risky at night mainly due to poor visibility. Let the authorities concerned take appropriate action to ensure that cattle do not block traffic along busy roads especially at Virugambakkam, Kaliamman Koil Street and Koyambedu Market Road.
