Fitness And Good Health Programme At Jai Nagar Park

Health conscious individuals make it a point to go to a park every morning to get their daily dose of physical exercise. The health benefits of yoga are being recognized world over now. Free Yoga for all programme is conducted daily at Arumbakkam Jai Nagar Park between 5.45am and 7am in order to encourage the area residents to take up yoga lessons and lead a healthy life. 

PYSC - Jai Nagar Centre had recently conducted its monthly meeting and May month yoga participant’s birthday celebration. The function was presided by Sri Jaya Ramanji, Secretary, PYS Chennai. 

The chief guest for the function was Sri Balasubramanian, Chairman-BST Chennai. The Secretary and Chairman spoke about the importance of Daily Yog & Pranayam and enlightened the gathering.  The yoga and good health awareness programme got a good response.
