Barricades Placed At M-Block

Temporary traffic barricades have been placed at the entrance of M-Block, along 6th Avenue stretch in Anna Nagar East mainly to prevent trespassing of public and heavy vehicles inside the residential streets and colonies. 

Due to the channel diversion going on near K4 Anna Nagar signal junction at 3rd Avenue, vehicles proceeding towards New Avadi Road are diverted through 6th Avenue and L-Block. 

But some motorists are using the inner residential streets and lanes in M-Block as a short route to reach New Avadi Road. This was causing a hindrance to the M-Block area residents. To put an end to the trespassing menace barricades have been installed at entrance of M-Block streets.
