Mini bus service from Koyambedu to Airport gets good patronage

Metropolitan Transport Corporation has recently introduced airconditioned mini bus services from Chennai Airport to Koyambedu. The 16-seater Ashok Leyland buses have GPS facility, which helps in monitoring the movement of the vehicles from the head quarters. They also have automated doors and separate luggage space. MTC officials stated that the bus will halt at Kathipara Bridge, Ashok Pillar and Vadapalani Police Station.

The bus services are getting a good response from the public. A senior MTC officer said that patronage
is improving day by day.
