Annual Day Function

The annual day function of Bala Vihar Special School and 90th year celebrations of Guild of Service was held on Friday,12th April 2013 at Bala Vihar premises. The chief guest for the function was Dr.P.Ramakrishnan, Dean of Kilpauk Medical College. The special guest was Dr.R.Venkatakrishnan, President, Rotary Club of Chennai Gemini. The guest of honour was Mrs. Lakshmy Ramakrishnan,
actor and film maker. Dr.G.Sundaram, IAS Retd, Chairman of Bala Vihar welcomed the gathering. Mrs.Gita Vishwanathan, Hon. Sec/Correspondent Bala Vihar and Dr.Lalitha Annual Day Function Natraj, Hon.Joint Sec, Bala Vihar participated in the function and spoke on the occasion.

Achievers awards and prizes were distributed. The cultural programme showcased the talents of the children and it was well appreciated by the audience. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs.Mohini Sriram, Hon.
