Yog Samithi, Chennai held its Founders Day celebration at Jai Nagar Park,
Koyambedu on 17th March 2013.
The special guests were Sri.Santhosh
Lath & Sri Ravindra Gandhi - Patrons,Sri Sampathji of PYS, Tamil Nadu &
PYS Chennai President Sri Bhaskarji andYog teachers from various centers
including Dr. Gokula Krishnan from Govt. Yoga Natrupathy Medical College, NSK Nagar,
Sri. MB Nirmal, President, Exnora.
During the function eminent speakers spoke to
the gathering about the importance of yoga and good health.
In memory of the
Centre's Founder School Kits were distributed to the students of nearby schools.
HYGRAVER Pooja was performed at Sri.Bala
Vinayagar Temple, Janaki Ram colony, Arumbakkam for the success of our all students.
Yog Teachers from various centers participated and shared their experience. The
participants also shared their health improvements. Vote of thanks was rendered
by Sri. Devarajan,Retd, Head Master of Government. The function ended with the prayers.
