Creating Human Rights Awareness!!

Human Rights Protection Mission (registered under Government of India) had recently organised a function to open a Tamil Nadu State Headquarters and a State Women’s Wing Headquarters in Chennai.
The Chief Guest Shri Prakash Chennithala, National President, Human Rights Protection Mission inaugurated the event and delivered the inaugural address. In his address, he highlighted the importance to create human rights awareness all over the country.
He also mentioned about protecting legal rights of women and children in the state and gave an awareness message on women entrepreneurship. On the occasion, State office bearers were elected. P.Valli was elected as State Organiser for Women’s wing. G.Mahesh Bose, was elected as State Co-ordinator.
District office bearers were also selected. G.Varalakshmi was elected as State Self help group’s co-ordinator, K.Shanthakumari was elected as Women’s Wing State Joint Co-ordinator and H.Tamalarasi as secretary of Women’s Wing, Headquarters.
Dhanalakshmi was elected as Thousand lights division women’s co-ordinator and S.Uma for Kodambakkam Women’s Co-ordinator. National General Secretary, Dr.Vimal, National Minorities Co-ordinator Kingston Fernandez, Mr.Gopi, Treasurer, G.Karthikeyanan, N.C, were also present during the function. More than 500 women attended the programme and extended their support and co-orporation towards the activities of Human Rights Protection Mission.
It is reported that a free human rights awareness directory will be released shortly and copies would be distributed and circulated among government bodies and NGO's. Human Rights Protection Mission also plans to conduct free medical camps regularly for the poor and needy all over the state. For details visit www.hrpmindia.com
