As a public safety measure, Koyambedu Police has installed a huge hoarding with pictures at the entrance of the Koyambedu Mofussil Bus Terminus (CMBT). According to the K-11 Koyambedu Police, erecting a huge hoarding will help to nab robbers and pickpockets.
The huge hording helps to create awareness in the public about criminals. Chennai Police have initiated number of good public safety awareness programmes.
