A one day training programme on 'Preparation of Bakery
Products’ will be conducted at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information
and Training Centre (TNAU I&TC) on Wednesday, 06.03.2013.
The venue is New
No.U-30, 10th Street, Anna Nagar, (Behind Jayagopal Garodia School) Chennai-40
from 9.30am.
The course will cover the demonstrations like Biscuits, cakes,
bread, bun, puff etc. Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued
to all the participants. Interested persons can visit Professor and Head,Tamil
