An intercollege science exhibition titled Mayaa-2013 was inaugurated on Monday,25th February 2013 at Agurchand Manmull Jain College.The two day exhibition had active participation from famous city colleges and reputed research centers. The exhibition had innovative exhibits by Break Through Society, Ramanjam Insitiute of Mathematical Science and Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board on environmental science. The topic on Source of energy was covered widely by Department of Atomic Energy and by Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research. Nandanam Arts College students gave information about biodiversity. Chemistry in everyday life was highlighted by the students of Womens Christian College and Asan Memorial College. Dr Shobana Ramakrishnan chemistry related colourful art works was a big attraction at the event.
