Students from various schools and colleges in and around Anna Nagar have participated in a number of programmes in order to create road safety awareness to the motorists.The students also distributed pamphlets to passersby and appealed to motorists to obey traffic rules and regulations. One such college which encourages students to participate in social awareness programmes and events is Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, Anna Nagar, Chennai-40.
