Darts Association (TANDA) after state tournament, has organized ‘ DARTS ORIENTATION” training session for the beginners from 27th
to 29th January from 5 pm to 7 pm at Café 180, 8/31, Chakrapani
Street Extn. Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam. In a drive to promote the game to all
in Chennai, S.Saravanaraj(President TANDA) and VenuPillai (Secretary general TANDA) in association with the CAFÉ 180 has
arranged this session open to all dart
lovers. S. Saravanaraj (President) said
that training session is suitable persons above 12 years to 65 years both men
and women and boys and girls. Previously the training session has been provided
to the students of the AVM School, Vadapalani, Montford School, Perambur
and many others. VenuPillai( Secretary general ) informed that the darts is a good
de-stresser for working people and develops concentration
,increase the analytical and logical skill of the participants and especially
for students will improve in their mathematical skills.
They said that national
and state players will be participating in session and give guidance and the
orientation for the dart lovers and also help them in attaining the skills
sufficient to participate in the darts tournaments.
The duo who introduced the
game in Tamil Nadu is planning to conduct more orientation programmes and the
championships to take the game of darts to different level and their aim is to
produce more seeded players from TAMILNADU at the national level.
At present
Tamil Nadu have 2 top seeded men’s players and 2 top seeded women players. More
