The Chennai East NGC is conducting an
awareness competition for school students on the ill effects of plastics usage.
The competition is a part of creating awareness on pollution free environment.
The competitions will be held on 22.02.2013 from 9.15am to 2.30pm at
Pachaiyappa's college Higher Secondary
School, N.S.C.Bose Road,Parrys,Chennai.
A lecture on ill effects of plastics
would be delivered by the School HM in the presence of the dist coordinators
Mr.M.Ravikumar and Mr.N.Padmanaban.The District Forest Officer(DFO),Chennai and
the Deputy Commissioner of Police,Flower Bazaar would participate in the
