There is frequent dirty water
stagnation along 2nd Avenue Road near the 12th Main Road corner. The stagnant
water is posing a problem for the road users.
Many pedestrians have to risk
getting the dirty water splashed on them because of speeding motorists. No
proper action is done to clear the water stagnation. Lacks of outlets or just
clogged gaps may were some of the reasons suggested by the area residents.
